Why You Should Refrigerate the Canned Items After Opening

There are many jar, canned and container packed food items and ingredients which are stored in a dark, dry and well ventilate place, but need to be refrigerated after opening because when jar, canned and container packed food are made. These're heated at that level of temperature which is high enough to kills the microorganism (germs | Bacteria) that can causes foodborne illness , food poisoning and food spoilage. The heating process also eliminate the air  from the packing and canning products and create a vacuum, so jar, can and container packed food are free from bacteria (Bacteria free).

when it is opened, it need to be refrigerate because when can is opened, the food is exposed to the atmosphere (air) and contaminate with the microorganism called Bioaerosols airborne microorganism (The microorganism which are found in air) ,and as a result the bacteria start growing on food and caused food spoilage, so refrigerate the food once it is opened to slow down the growth of bacteria. That's why manufacture say ' refrigerate.
