''Understanding The Different Between Hot Food and Spicy food''


 Spicy food  : food that contains strong flavor of spices. spicy food may or may not be hot depending upon the particular spices being used in the food because some spices are hot such as chilly, nutmeg, peppercorn and cloves or some are not such as cardamom and cinnamon . The word spicy can be interchangeable with hot, but hot  can't be . people of India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan are love to eat spicy foods. The below image credit goes to mom.com .

Terminology
spices : An aromatic seed, bark that is used to add flavor in food such as mace, nutmeg, cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic, chilly and so on . 
Burning sensation : fell that your tongue is just like burning because of eating food that included hot spices such as chilli, peppercorns, ginger in large amount etc.
